Kate and Sam Cliffton are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Samuel Smith Cliffton at; 2:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 30 at their home on Red Oak Mountain near Woodville. JL
Samuel weighed seven pounds and ten ounces and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Dr. Thomas McLoughlin of Hartford, Conn, and Joan McLoughlin of Harwinton, Conn.
