Things that you took for granted when you worked for someone else have to be considered in the business plan. Such things as local, state, and even federal laws on taxes, zoning and permits, insurance coverage and all the administering cost of the business-keeping the books or records; sending out the invoices; buying equipment; advertising and selling the product or service; plus so much more must be considered if you want a successful business.
