The Inn at Little Washington is the major sponsor again this year for the 29th annual Fodderstack10-K Classic being held Saturday, April 21 at 10 a.m. The registration volunteers are ready to distribute the race numbers labeled with the Griffin Tavern logo and the water station sponsors - The Rappahannock National Bank, Blue Rock Restaurant and Rose Hill Veterinarian Practice are all ready with their employees to hand out water to the runners/walkers. The t-shirt gals will be set up to pass out the shirts to the first 250 finishers. The finish line has been organized w/the Strange and Company Realtors sign there for the runners to pass under or out, whichever the case may be. We do have ambulance services at the finish line. Of the 150+ who have pre-registered, a slim majority are males. The most senior participant is an 81-year old gentlemen and the youngest little person (Skylar Culbertson) is 4-years-old and lives in Amissville. This year there are quite a few families participating - The Stranges and the Parrishes, The Fidlers, the Hobsons, Mervyn Jeffries and family, the Paynes/Fields from Amissville.and the Ward family from Jeffersonton The runners and walkers will need lots of support so come on out and cheer everyone across the finish line.
