Finding health and wellness information is not difficult, but finding unbiased, up-to-date, accurate information is a more complex matter. Fauquier Health System's Health Resource Center is staffed with a full-time librarian to help you. Health Resource Center materials include medical books, journals and newsletters, and disease-specific publications on issues like diabetes, arthritis and 250 electronic medical journals. There are also plenty of wellness subjects including nutrition, yoga and exercise as well as informative DVDs on everything from pregnancy to heart disease. There are even children's books to help tnem understand and deal with illness.
