April 21: Alexander Technique
Carol Loving will be teaching the Alexander Technique at the School House in Sperryvilte from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. The Alexander Technique is a widely recognized and valued tool for actors method of physical relaxation that reduces tension and strain throughout the body. It promotes a beneficial use of movement that is stress-free by learning to free-tp the body. AH are welcome to participate or observe.
