Scholarship
I am happy to announce the creation of a $500 scholarship for a graduating Senior at Rappahannock High School in memory of K.P. Grigsby.
This scholarship will be given each year. To qualify, the senior must be planning to pursue a college major in a field of agriculture or veterinary medicine. Applications can be picked up in the guidance department of the high' school and returned no later than may 10, 2007.
K.P. Grigsby was a great Farm Manager for Manor Farm for 17. or so years. His knowledge of cattle, pasture and fencing was remarkable. Manor Farm is a living memorial to his skill. This scholarship will honor his memory.
