Louise Catherine Brady McCulloch, 82, of Flint Hill, Virginia, departed this life at 3:15 a.m„ April 15,2007, at Fauquier Hospital. Louise was bom July 9,1924, to the late Moffett and Alice Brady, of Flint Hill. Following high school, Louise attended business college and worked in accounting her entire professional career. She retired from her position as Assistant Comptroller at Fairfax Hospital, and moved back to Flint Hill, where she was active in her church and other community groups. Louise was married to the late Clarence “Mac” McCulloch, and in their retirement years, they enjoyed traveling with family and friends, and gardening. Louise also loved needlework, and her home is adorned with many of her creations. In addition to her parents and husband, Louise was predeceased by two sisters, Mary Alice Atkins and Thelma Crane, and one brother, Robert Brady. She leaves three sisters, Irene Hamilton of High Point, NC, Libby Bennett of Flint Hill, and Ann Jones of Clermont, Florida, and three brothers, M. H. Brady of Flint Hill, Charles Brady of Warrenton, and Richard Brady of Flint Hill. | A worship service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007, at 11:00 a.m„ at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Leah DeLong officiating. The family received friends on Wednesday evening, April 18, .2007 at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal, Virginia. Louise will be laid to rest at the Rint Hill Methodist Church cemetery. Louise loved flowers. Friends who wish to remember her with flowers are welcome to do so. Memorial contributions in Louise’s | memory may be made to the Flint Hill United Methodist Church, or to the Flint Hill Vblunteer Fire and Rescue Squad.
