He as bom Dec. 30. 1930 in Woodville, a son of the late Hubert Carson Jenkins and Blanche Bradley Jenkins.
Mr. Jenkins was a member of the Woodville Baptist Church. He retired from Potomac Edison Power Company and was a cat- - tie farmer.
He is survived by his wife. Lois Racer Settle Jenkins of Madison, two daughters, Dianne Jenkins, Debbie Lamb and husband, Earl all of Madison and a brother, Roy F. ■ Jenkins and wife Myrtle of Amissville, a sister, , Christine Owens and husband Tommy of Sneads Ferry, N.C.
Additional survivors include one step-daughter, three stepsons, two granddaughters, two step-granddaughters, and one step-grandson and a special cousin.
Mr. Jenkins was preceded in death by a son, Chip Jenkins, a sister, Ruth Jenkins and her husband, Alvin Jenkins, a brother, Earl Jenkins and his wife, Carolyn Jenkins.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 14 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with Rev. Philip W. Bailey Officiating. Interment followed in St. Paul Episcopal Cemetery in Woodville.
