• Barry Rusty Lippart Jr., 18, of Culpeper, was charged with reckless driving after an accident on Route 729, three-tenths of a mile east of Route 618, at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 12, according to Sgt. Adams.
Mr. Lippart was operating a 1987 Jeep westbound on Route 729 when he lost control, ran off the right side and hit an embankment, said Sgt. Adams.
Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
