nominations for ASCS Community Committee election candidates.
Farmers are encouraged to use this opportunity to nominate their farm neighbors as candidates in the ASC committee election.
In filling out a petition, farmers should include the name of only one nominee, the signature of at least three eligible voters who support the nominee, and certification that the nominee is willing to serve if elected.
The completed petition should be dated and mailed or hand delivered to the county office no later than Oct. 28.
