A note on the Rappahannock News policy in regard to political endorsements and political letters to the editor:
The above endorsements are running this week to provide one week for responses from the public.
All letters endorsing or attacking candidates must run next week. The deadline is noon on Tuesday, Oct. 22. None will be run in the last edition prior to the election (that is, the Oct. 31 edition), as they allow no time for a response—unless in response to editorial endorsement from an official spokesman of a candidate or party.
