Around the village, the community welcomes Wayne and Cindy Simpson, the first occupants of the Quail Ridge Subdivision. They moved here several weeks ago from Fredericksburg. Wayne is a graphic illustrator with Techmatics Inc. in Crystal City. Cindy is a homemaker and volunteer with the Culpeper County schools. They have three children Karla, 12; Jason, 9; and Kelly, 5.
Our thoughts and prayers are with our dear friend and former resident, Mrs. Maybelle Stuart. She has n9t been feeling strong for about 10 days.
