Fairfax Community College, in response to the growing skill level demands on Faith Mountain employees.

Several Faith Mountain Company employees have been working towards their degrees with this program. Edith Bedortha is studying towards an Office Systems Technology Degree and Jean Dodson, Barbara Gore, Betty Walter and Tammy Wayland are working towards their degrees in ManagementBusiness Information Technology.

Cheri Woodard, President of The Faith Mountain Company, said “the continuing education program has its roots in the company belief that our employees are our most important asset.” Faith Mountain maintains a policy of paying the costs of tuition and books for employees enrolled in applicable courses, and encourages its employees to attend. “We want all employees to be able to improve their skills as the company grows.”
