Cost controls
Chappell discussed a number of measures the school, system is taking to ensure efficient cost controls within the schools, ranging from evaluating the class size of elective courses, using more electronic data and less paper to the school's website's forum for cost cutting suggestions.
He noted that the school has managed to come in under budget and return $214,000 and $71,000 last year
