A true advocate, Mcmeman is ready to run as tar and as fast as she can to help find a cure for CF and to make not only her son’s world better but for all of the people who suffer from cystic fibrosis. She has already raised awareness for the disease by being a recipient of the 2004 Volunteer of the Year Award from the DC Metro Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
McKieman has a fundraising target of $3,000 and is hoping to raise more.
