Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 2 pizza pans or 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray. Divide the cookie dough into two equal pieces.
Roll out each piece between two pieces of plastic wrap, forming two 10”-12” rounds whatever size will fit on the pans or sheets. Remove one piece of plastic wrap, position the dough on the pan or sheet, then remove, the other piece of wrap.
If the dough sticks to the plastic wrap, place it in the freezer briefly.
Bake the rounds for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Using a knife, score each round while
