The facility has actually been in operation in the county since 2000, run by Boston resident David Gillis, but the Silleros have made some changes. As part of the salje of Jackson House, Gillis relicensed the facility from six beds to eight, and the Silleros have redone the house in bright colors, with maroon couches and floral prints. There s even a piano, cheerfully played by Charity for residents and guests.
Charity and Violet share a sense of humor and optimism that they hope will add to the upbeat and colorful decor of their recent redecorating and make the Jackson House a comfortable and inviting alternative.
