Talk- In Real Estate

Pre-Qualify for a Stronger Contract Buyers who pre-qualify have a better chance of having their contracts accepted by the seller. If you are looking to buy Real Estate, it is a good idea ,to call a Lender and have a preliminary credit report and analysis of your income and expenses, to determine how much of a loan you qualify for. This does not guarantee you a loan. You still have to go through a formal loan process, but at least it tells the seller that a credit report and an income and expense analysis have been done. Next time you are in the market for Real Estate get a letter from a lender saying that you have been pre-qualified for your loan. You will not only impress the

seller but your Realtor as well!
