Hosting a high school exchange student is like bringing the world to your doorstep.
The Foundation for Intercultural Travel (F.I.T.), matches international students ages 15 to 18 with host families in your area. Families of all “types” are eligible to host, retired couples to single parent families. Not only two parent families have enjoyed hosting an international son or daughter. Students bring their own spending money for clothes, entertainment and other expenses. They have their own medical insurance.
