I write in astonishment at what I read on the front page of the Rappahannock News of July 28, concerning the denial of a zoning variance to the /Vmissville Volunteer F,re and Rescue Company.
There are fire and rescue groups in six communities of this county. They are composed of several hundred men and women, from teenagers to people in their seventies.
