Amidst tears and big smiles as the news sank in, Shannon Woodward was draped with her official sash and given a large bouquet of red roses and her trophy as Miss Rappahannock 2006. Joining Ms. Woodward in the honors for this category were Anna Victoria Owens f (First Runner Up) and Brittney I Michelle Lee (Second Runner Up).
