Wayne Woodward of Washington, is an honor student at Rappahannock County High School and a cheerleader. She hopes to attend James Madison University after she graduates. Ms. Woodward says she plans to major in the healthcare field, with a particular interest in nursing.

First Runner Up, Anna Victoria Owens, also attends Rappahannock County High School as a junior and has lived in the county all her life. She is junior class president and belongs to the National Honor Society and the Student Council Association but also finds timp to participate in her school’s Leo Club and the Technology Students Association. Ms. Owens also hopes to attend James Madison University one day and possibly pursue a career in physical therapy.

Second Runner Up, Brittney Michelle Lee, is a senior at Rappahannock County High School. She is the daughter of Bryant and Robin Lee and a lifetime resident of the county. Her greatest joy is working on her family farm, Lee’s Orchard, and hopes to continue her studies at Germanna Community College. Lee would like to study farm operations and then return home to use her professional
