The Fire Department has just purchased and put into operation a 1990 Grumman Pumper. This new piece is set up almost as if they ordered it from the factory for fighting fires on the mountain. It has a 1,000 gallon tank with a 1250 pump with multiple intakes and has the ability to pump from the tank in both the front and rear so that whether the truck is facing up or down hill the pump is able to pick up and use all of the water in the tank. Church Play a Success
The church put a very inspiring play for Easter and even “took the show on the road” and preformed at the Second Baptist Church in Martinsburg West Virginia. Everyone did a fantastic job and really did their best to present the Lord’s message. Speaking of doing a great job, Mr. Bill Campbell did an outstanding job of portraying the High Priest, so well that even some of the other cast members were a little thrown off by the emotion he put into it.
