Culpeper Football Association, INC (CFA) to hold registration at CCHS Cafeteria
Registration dates: Sat, May 6th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Hies, May 9th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sat, May 13th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. All players should bring their birth certificate to registration for age verification. All football players and cheerleaders will be fitted for uniforms/equipment at registration.
Fees: Anklebiter - Flag Ages 5-7, $50, Midget - Tackle-Ages 8 -10, $80, Bandit - Tackle Ages 11 -13, $80 and Cheerleading Ages 5 -13, $50
Exceptions: seven -year-olds will have the option to move up to Midgets; ten -year-olds will have the option to move up to Bandits. Provided that the parents/guardians sign a waiver. League ages are based on the player’s age as of October 1st, 2006. Belle Meade Day Camp for boys and girls 613 has five two-week sessions, June 19-30, July 3-14, July 17-28, July 31 - August 11, August 14-25.
Camp activities include swimming, canoing, hiking, arts and crafts, archery, informal sports. Belle Meade Swim Camp has three one-week sessions: June 5-9 for 3-6 year olds, June 12-16 and August 28 - September 1 for 4-8 year olds. Post 330 tryouts
American Legion Post 330 will be having tryouts for a Junior and Senior Baseball team on Sunday May 7th at 2:00 pm. Try outs will be held at the Rappahannock Panthers High School Field located behind the Rappahannock Elementary School on Schoolhouse Road. There is a non-refundable $25.00 try out fee, to be paid upon arrival. Dress Appropriately, cleats, baseball equipment, etc... Try outs will take place rain or shine, and are open to players 14-19 yrs of age. The following counties are eligible: Page, Culpeper, Madison, Luray and Rappahannock.
