Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his wife Madelyn Kelley; his parents Elzie and Bertha Kelley; his sister Thelma Alexander and his brothers Russell Kelley, Ralph Kelley and Frank Kelley all of Deerfield, VA
Additional survivors include his daughter Barbara McCary and her husband Richard of Waynesboro, VA; his grandson
