At this year’s Charter Night, guest speaker Lion Waller Jones, currently a member of Lions Host Club in Culpeper, talked about his personal association with the Rappahannock Club during its early years. Lion Waller was Zone Chairman at the time and was responsible for shepherding the club in the formative years.
