Here at home
Like I mentioned earlier I’ve been a little busy here at the house trying to plant some trees, build flower beds, and construct what is supposed to be a walk way but looks more like a “I don’t know about that thing”.
We’re trying to grow some grass out here in this red clay too, and it seems a shame that there isn’t a market for “Real Appalachian Rocks” because it seems it’s a lot easier growing them than anything else.
I can’t complain though, the Lord has been very good to me even when I don’t at first recognize it and keeps me humble so I look to him for the guidance in my life.
We should all be very careful what we take to be “bad news” when we first hear it as we never know what the Lord mayhave in store or be working in our lives. I mean when I woke up one morning and realized that I was married and what’s more had not one but two children, I took it really hard. In the end though it all turned out okay, you know I’ve almost grown to like salads, and “looking through” the Avon catalogs with her, and spending Thanksgiving or Christmas with the in-laws. Almost meaning not really, but hey, there’s nothing like spending some time with your in-laws to keep you humble, right?!!?
