May 2,3,4: Registration

for new kindergartners

All children who will be five years old by September 30, 2006 may enter Kindergarten this August. Registration for new Kindergartners will be held at RCES on Tuesday, May 2, Wednesday, May 3, and Thursday, May 4th. The hours are 9 a.m. till 12 noon and 1 p.m. till 3 p.m. by appointment only.

If you know of any children in Rappahannock County who will be five by September 30th (including your own), we would greatly appreciate your giving us that information so that we may contact their parents and arrange an appointment. The parents my also call or visit the school for more details at (540) 987-8259.

May 4: RappFLOW’s Training

Calling all friends and lovers of our watershed! Are you interested in being part of RappFLOW’s water monitoring team? Join us Thursday May 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for a training workshop and to learn more about how you can make a difference. All are welcome. No commitment necessary. Advisory Committee meeting

On Thursday, May 4, at 4 p.m., at the School Board Office, 6 Schoolhouse Road the Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) will hold a meeting to review the Annual Plan for the year 2006-2007.

The May 4th meeting is open to any and all parents, teachers, community members that wish to attend and learn more about The Special Education Advisory Committee and the 2006-07 Annual Plan for Rappahannock County Public Schools.
