SALSA RAWLSA is a benefit for the Rappahannock Animal Shelter featuring a Latin Buffet with Spanish Tapas, Sangria, Margaritas and more! There will be a silent and live auction with special guest auctioneer, John McCarthy. Sensational sounds by The Latin Cats and a “Pet Mercado” where you can buy goodies for your pets.
