Youngsters ages 9 to 19 are invited to share the fun in the 4-H Share-The-Fun competition on Friday, February 24, at 3:20 p.m. in the elementary school gym. Kids can compete individually or in groups in five different categories. For more information, call Florence Vickers at the Extension Office in Washington, 675-3619.
Woman’s Club To Meet
The Rappahannock Woman’s Club will meet on Tuesday, February 28 at 8 p.m. at the home of Margaret Baumgardner in Sperry ville.
All members are urged to attend.
Puppets To Perform
Puppets will caper and cavort on stage at the Gay Street Theater this Sunday, February 26. Sponsored by RAAC, the Bob Brown Puppet Show will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets at the theater will be $3 for adults and $2 for children who are RAAC members. For others, tickets will be $4 for adults and $3 for children. Advance tickets ($2.50 for adults, $2 for children) are available at Nature’s Foods and Middle Street Gallery in Washington and the Rappahannock County Elementary School.
