thought it would be a good idea to have a centralized entry for all the meets. If the NSHA can do it for their sanctioned meets with horses coming from all over the country and even from abroad, we should be able to do it with just the meets in Virginia!”
Will O’Keefe, the racing secretary for Casanova and an announcer at many point-to-poirjts around the state, is manning the central entry position.
“Will is very experienced,” adds Mr. DiFrank. “He knows the job and he knows a lot of the horses and people that enter the races, and he enjoys doing this sort of thing.”
