Plans are underway for the second annual RAAC Pet Show to be held Saturday, April 21, in Washington after the Fodderstock Race. Chairing the event, on the premise that The-FoolsAren’t-All-Dead-Y et-Principle, will be Sandra Cartwright-Brown for the benefit of the Rappahannock Association of the Arts and the Community (RAAC).
“There will be many categories this year,” Mrs. Cartwright-Brown reports.
