Passing around a photograph traken the day bofore during the height of last week’s flooding, zoning administrator David Konick noted that it showed the creek behind the Gid-Brown Bible Church still well within its banks.
Repeating the suggestion he made to the supervisors earlier this month, Konick asked if the commissioners wanted to extend changes in the county’s proposed zoning revisions to allow accessory buildings and additions in flood plain if the applicant can show' the property is not subject to flooding.
