Robert K. Kennedy has been promoted to manager of Systems Design and Equipment in the Engineering department of Babcock and Wilcox’s Utility Power Generation Division in Lynchburg. He joined B & W in 1972 as senior engineer and since has held positions in the Pump and Drive Unit and recently was manager of Mechanical Equipment. He received his B.S. degree from V.P.I. and State University, graduating in the top ten of his class. Kennedy is married and has two children, Vickie and Doug and lives in Lynchburg. His mother, Mrs. Waverly Kennedy lives here in our area, where Robert was raised.
Mr. and Mrs. David Bates of Arlington visited here at Range View during the weekend. -
