I would like to take this opportunity to share my enthusiasm for the aims of the recently organized group known as the Rappahannock Citizens for Quality Education. The group consists of parents who have children in Rappahannock County schools or who, like myself, have young children bound for county schools in the notso-distant future, as well as other county residents who recognize the value of quality education to the whole community.
