This “money” will be used at the end of the semester to “bid” on the prizes at an auction presided over by William Hale from the John Walker Jenkins auction service.
The little ones are practicing talking fast so they don’t get left behind in the cold if the bidding gets hot, Brochu says. But so far, they’re behind in the money and they’re going to have to pick up their reading speed.
