Washington, D. C. visited his father J. Stant Weaver on Thursday and they were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda at Griffinsburg. On Friday evening Mr. Weaver and Mr. and Mrs. Penaranda joined by Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hicks of Culpeper were dinner guests of Mrs. Josephine Wood at Reva Park. Mr. Weaver returned to his home on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser of Clifton and Mr. and Mrs. Turner Slaughter of Front Royal were Sunday callers of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Burke of Front Royal were Saturday evening dinner guests of his mother, Mrs. Mary E. Burke.
