—extended probation for three years on Larry Dean Land. Convicted of breaking and entering and grand larceny in 1975, Land has paid nothing to date on $1,042 in court costs and restitution. Noting that the defendant has been in no trouble since his conviction and is working regularly, the judge ordered a payment schedule drawn up for Land. “If you make your payments, the court will review this at a later date and maybe relieve you of some of this expense,” Robertson said.
