“Now, this is your chance,” Judge Share Robertson told Carl Lee Roberts in court Monday as he suspended a total of 34 yean in prison and jail and placed the 18-year-old defendimt on two years supervised probation. Roberts had pleaded guilty to a string of breaking and enterings which occured in Rappahannock County last year.
Probation officer Dean Hahn told the court that Robots is currently enrolled in the Opportunities Industrial Center’s building trades program in Winchester. He has done “extremely well” there, Hahn said, and is expected to be ready for job placement in the vary near future.
