Accident
Trooper Newlin also reported on an accident which occurred Saturday, March 10, at 6 p.m. at the intersection of Routes 211 and 642 near AmissviUe.
According to the trooper, subject Pratt of Kensington, Maryland, was northbound in his 1982 Oldsmobile on Route 642, failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a 1968 Pontiac driven by Hazel Ahrey of Culpeper.
Pratt has been charged with reckless driving. Newlin estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $700
