Junior auxilians also have the option of working in other Auxiliary services such as the reception desk, coffee shop, or on the nursing floors.
Interested students are asked to complete an Auxiliary application by May 26. The application are available at school guidance offices and at the hospital reception desk, or call Edith Witherspoon at 547-3332.
Requirements for admission to the expanded program are a “C” average and willingness to volunteer 40 hours during the summer. Ms. Witherspoon will interview each applicant, and an orientation program will be held May 31 and June 1 at 4 p.m. in the hospital conference room.
