This spring has been active for club members and their leaders, with many long hours spent baking cookies and cakes for sale at steeplechases and point-to-point events throughout the area. “It has been a fantastic experience,” said club leader Brenda Knoll, “for our kids to watch and to be a working part of these community activities.”
Mrs. Knoll said that the club leaders and members appreciate the support of all the members of the community who have helped the club in its activities.
She added that the club is seeking older, gentle riding horses, and especially a pony, to be leased to the club for use for riding lessons for club members.
