Lewis Judges Front Royal show
April brings the Blue Ridge Arts Council's annual invitational art exhibit. The opening reception will be held 5 p.m.7 p.m. Friday, April 3. Thirteen regional and area artists are to be included in this exhibit, the first council exhibit to be juried as well as judged.
Dan Lewis, founder of the Middle Street Gallery, will serve as the judge. Awards will be presented in several media and the best-in-show will be given a $100 prize.

'How Dad Created the World'
A grown daughter's fond recollections of her parents—and their bittersweet relationship—are the themes of a pair of one-act plays, "How Dad Created the World" arid "Katie Malone," to be performed by Ki Theatre at the Gunston Arts Center, in Arlington at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, March 27 and 28.
