A ‘playful* male labhound cross, about 2 or 3 years old, brindle in color, is the featured dog at the shelter this week. Other dogs available at the Rappahannock Animal Shelter in Amissville this week are 2/3 year old beagle females, a six-month-old creme-colored male shepherd, a 2/3 year old male plot hound (black and white), and a 3/4 month old blue, brown and black female Australian shepherd female. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The lost animal registry can be found in the Classified Section of the Rappahannock News.
