PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners, by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land containing 137 acres, more or less, lying and being in the Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being more particularly described according to tne Rappahannock County land records as follows, to-wit:

“All that certain tract or parcel of land known as the "Maury W. Brown Farm" bounded by the land of Tholand, Gore and Bruce, and J.E. Wayland. Save and except 241 acres, more or less, conveyed by the grantors hereto Tholand, Inc., by deed dated March 3, 1952, and recorded March 4, 1952, in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 57, at page 348, et seq.”

Said land is the same and identical real estate that was conveyed to Marilyn F. Brown and Maury W. Brown Jr., by deed of Maury W. Brown and Eleanor D. Brown, his wife, dated March 28. 1964 and recorded on May 11, 1964 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 81 at page 278, as is more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed in this cause. An affidavit having been made and filed that the address and whereabouts of William R. Gaddie, doing business as Gaddie Construction Company, is unknown, and that Defendants, Maury W. Brown, Jr., R Wayne Harveson, Trustee and William R. Gaddie are or may be nonresidents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is therefore
