Paul Louise Miller Jr. of Odenton, Md. spent the weekend with his mother Mrs. Paul Miller. They were among dinner guests of Mary Miller Wood at her home in Washington on Sunday.
Joan and Grant Patton of Stephens City were Sunday visitors of their parents Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard. Also visiting in the afternoon were Charlie and Jo Ann Currence.
Frank Huff who is a patient ai VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va. spent the weekend at his home here. He was accompanied to and from the hospital by Frankie Huff and Connie Harris. Visiting during the weekend were Carolyn Kinsey, Keith, Kevin and Scott, Moe and Evelyn Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Skiles and boys, Allie Huff, Frankie, Sherry and Robert Huff, Pat and Sally Lawler and Ludmilla Bocharov of Front Royal.
On Saturday evening Mr. Huff with Frankie, Sherry and Robert Huff and Ludmilla Bocharov had dinner at the Golden Corral in Front Royal.
Crystal Werner and Doris Vest attended a bridal shower for Dee Welch in Front Royal at the Bunny v Welch home on Saturday. Janet Vest of Virginia Beach and Pearl Dodson of Sperryville also attended the shower and were guests in the Grady Vest home.
The Flint Hill United Methodist Church will have worship service at 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 29. The pastor the Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public.
