The object of this suit is a Petition for the adoption of MICHAEL SHANE FUGATE, an infant bom, June 21, 1985, and change of his name to MICHAEL SHANE HEFLIN: and for the entry of consent to the aforesaid adoption on behalf of the natural father, LARRY TAYLOR.

An Affidavit has been made and filed that the natural father of the infant Child, LARRY TAYLOR, is a resident of the State of Virginia, his last known address being Route 6, Box 125, Centreville, Loudoun County, Virginia 22030; that the present address and whereabouts of the natural father is unknown, that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Petitioner in this matter, GREGGORY HUGH HEFLIN and CYNTHIA HELEN FUGATE HEFLIN, to ascertain in what county, city, or country the natural father of the infant child, LARRY TAYLOR, is without effect.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the said LARRY TAYLOR appear and protect his interests in this matter on or before 58-92, which said date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication: and it is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published within ten (10) days after entry of this Order once a week for tour (4) consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held, and that a copy be mailed to the last known address of LARRY TAYLOR. at Route 6 Box 125, Centreville, Virginia 22030.
