Instructor Candidate Training (ICT) is a prerequisite for all Red Cross instructor candidates no matter what course they might teach. It is a six-hour class covering learning theory, teaching practices, and Red Cross procedures. Teachers can take an abbreviated three-hour ICT by special arrangement.
