The Shenandoah Area Council held its 77th Annual Recognition Dinner on Saturday, March 13th at Braddock Street United Methodist Church in Winchester. The Council consists of nine counties including Rappahannock and extending into West Virginia. The awards ceremony commenced immediately after a buffet dinner enjoyed by a few hundred scouts, scouters and their families.
