According to the mayor, bids are expected to be available within the next 30 days for a newly designed reservoir. This reservoir will be a backup water source to the present well that is online for the town’s use.

Town of Washington administrative assistant, Laura Dodd, reported that the proposed cost to go online with this new well has been estimated at $4,232.

Council member Jerry Goebel requested that a breakdown of that cost be presented to council before approval of the expenditure is made.
